Tourism department of Fuerteventura's Cabildo has affirmed that the promotion of the island that is on going in Germany as golf destination " starts giving results ", since the principal tour operators of German golfs, which were in the Island invited by the Department of Tourism and Frankfurt's OET, have initiated contacts to promote the marketing of the island as destination of golf. Hereby, ten of the principal German tour operators specializing in tourism of golf, which directors were in December in the island invited by the Department of Tourism and the Spanish Office of Frankfurt's Tourism, they have begun already to start different actions directed to commercializing Fuerteventura as specific destination of golf.
